  1. I think the term “blue” being used in a negative connotation (or at least crude connotation) is a classist term, in the “blue collar” vs. “white collar” way, i.e. people who do blue collar work (usually – and probably unfairly – considered more uneducated and poorer than their white collar counterparts) are thought to enjoy ribald or “less sophisticated” humor than their (supposed) more well-off and “sophisticated” white collar workers.

And “blue collar” comes from being in factories, mechanic shops, etc. in blue jumpsuits, while “white collar” refers to higher paying office work in casual suits (and “white collar” dress shirts).

I dunno if this is true, but it does sound right, right?

  2. Yes, Damion, that sounds right & well said! Jess, you’re a hoot! I enjoyed this episode all the way thru to the board game idea. I agree about Sonya having serious leg action & having her act together so she never messes up fighting, even in the mud! Chris, yep, pretty good, pretty good. Great story about t Blu ray! You will beat MK:A because you’re all out of bubblegum!
